Unknot Advisory is Dimitris Stavrinos: one person, years of hands-on work building products and businesses, including taking medical devices from first sketch to international sales. You deal with the person doing the work, and a network of specialists is brought in only when the job calls for it. Based in Samos, Greece, working anywhere.
